OPERATION
Problem
Hydraulic system
Lack of lifting power for bucket
Bucket takes time to rise
Excessive bubbles in oil
Hydraulic pressure is low
Movement of cylinder is irregular
Main causes
•Lack of oil
•Clogged hydraulic tank filter
•Low quality oil being used
•Oil level is low
•Air in oil line
•Oil level is low and pump is sucking
in air
•Oil level is low
•Oil leakage the inside cylinder
TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
•Add oil to specified level. See

•Replace filter. See EVERY 2000

•Replace with good quality oil
