1. On the display, press the "Unit" button (1).
͵ To use self-service operation, you must first log in
with a chip key (see chapter 5.1.4 on page 10).

If prompted to clean the instant system first, complete
this process first (see chapter 8.6.3 on page 31) and
then confirm that it has been fully re-installed.
3. First press "Instant system is cleaned" and then
"Instant system installed".
Clean milk system (option)
The prompt "Cleaning agent milk system" is shown on
the display.

1. Create a cleaning solution.
͵ Mix ½ liter (500 ml) of cold water with 25 ml of
the RFM cleaner (1).
2. Fill the cleaning container with the prepared cleaning
solution.
3. Fit the milk hose into the cleaning container.
͵ Make sure that the milk hose touches the bottom
of the cleaning container.
4. Use the "Cleaning agent was added" button to
confirm that the cleaning agent has been prepared.
͵ This cleans the milk system.

After rinsing, the "Prepare rinsing" prompt is displayed.
CAUTION
Health risk!
Cleaning residue could be harmful to health.
• The milk system must be rinsed with clean water.
5. Empty the container with the cleaning solution and
rinse out the container.
6. Pour ½ liter (500 ml) of clear water into the container.
7. Insert the milk hose into the water.
͵ Make sure that the milk hose touches the bottom
of the cleaning container.
8. Confirm the prompt with the "Rinsing prepared"
button.
͵ The milk system is then rinsed with clean water.
