Light-path diagnostics

Table 2 describes the light-path diagnostics LEDs. The system-error LED on the
operator information panel is lit when certain system errors occur. Table 2 helps
determine the cause of the error and the action you should take.

Action
Verify that the Advanced System Management
Processor LED on the system board is on. Have
the system serviced.
Replace power supply 1.
Replace power supply 2.
Check the PS1 and PS2 LEDs and replace the
indicated power supply. If neither LEDs is lit, you
can remove optional devices from the appliance
to restore power supply redundancy.
Remove optional devices from the appliance to
reduce the power requirements.
1. If the PCI A or PCI B LED is on, follow the
instructions for that LED.
2. If neither the PCI A or PCI B LED is on,
restart the appliance.
If the problem persists, have the system
serviced.
