NOTE :
 Make sure to keep dust or foreign objects from entering the air cleaner during inspection.
 The dust groove must be cleaned before installing the air cleaner element.
 Use SYM genuine air filter element to ensure the engine performance.

Headlight Adjustment

The headlight aim can be adjusted for proper alignment. Use a Phillips screwdriver to adjust the low beam
vertical adjuster ○ or the hi beam vertical adjuster ○

 Obey local regulations for headlight aiming adjustment.

Rear Shock Absorber Adjustment

This scooter is equipped with a position-free spring preload adjustable rear shock absorber. To adjust the
preload setting, follow the below steps.
 Set the scooter up right with the main stand.
 To set the spring harder, turn the adjuster ○
increase preload. After setting up the spring, turn the fixer ○
 To set the spring softer, first turn the fixer anti-clockwise to release, turn the adjuster anti-clockwise ○
with the C-spanner in the tool kit to decrease preload, then turn the fixer clockwise to lock the spring.
NOTE :
 Do not exceed the adjuster's limit.
 Be sure to lock the spring with the fixer after setting up the preload.
