Procedure
steP 1 Park the motorcycle on a hard, level surface; turn off the ignition.
CAUTION! Avoid damage to the motorcycle. Protect
painted surfaces with a soft cloth or
blanket.
steP 2 Remove the screw shown in PIC.1 from both
of the sideplates; set the screws aside, they will not be
re-used.

- Page 2 steP 3 Position the Folding Sissy Bar Luggage Rack over the bottom screws in the sideplates. See PIC.2. steP 4 Align the holes in the Folding Luggage Rack with the threaded holes in the sideplates; loosely secure the rack to the sideplates with the two included 1/4 flat washers and 1/4-20 BSCS. See PIc.2 PIC.3. steP 5 Flip the luggage rack up so that the magnets secure it to the back of the sissy bar; align the luggage rack and the sissy bar and then tighten the two 1/4-20 screws from STEP 4. steP 6 Ensure proper clearance and operation before riding the motorcycle. ATTENTION! It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the fasteners (including pre- assembled) are tightened before operation of the motorcycle. Küryakyn will not warranty components lost due to improper installation. Periodic maintenance may be required. PIc.3 CAUTION! Never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended load capacity.
