When you use the straight stretch stitch lar
stress seam ar to seam knitted, stretch and
elasticated labric, both stretch and strength
are built into the seam as it is being sewn.

are made.
• Guide the labric Iightty as you sew , letting
the machine make the backward and
lo rward stitches that give stretch to the
seam.
