Start by screwing in the end of the cable to its starting point on

the pulley carriage. Feed the cable through the pulley system (it
may help to remove some of the pulleys to aid in feeding the
cable through) and attach the ball and carabiner to the end.

Attach shrouds, weight pins and any attachments.
