The PN 5005TC Captive pin (Fig. 1) is designed to be installed in the Buckingham PN 5005T carabiner(s), which are
supplied with pre-drilled captive pin holes in the frame (Fig. 2). This carabiner is included with the SuperSqueeze,

Installation:

1.
Locate the outside and inside holes for the captive pin in the carabiner frame (Fig. 2)
2.
Ensure the carabiner is properly installed and oriented as desired.
Insert the tapered end of the captive pin into the carabiner's outside captive pin hole (Fig. 3 -45)

Ensure the tapered end of the captive pin starts into the inside carabiner's inside captive pin hole (Fig. 5).

With a hammer, carefully strike the exposed locking end of the captive pin until it is fully seated into the carabiner hole (Fig.
6 – 8). Use caution not to damage the carabiner.
