STEP 1- Carefully unwrap the (2) Side Panel Assemblies and Front and Rear Panels. Place
the parts on a clean and stable work surface. If necessary, use the packing materials to
protect the finish on the individual parts.
STEP 2- Select (1) Side Panel Assembly. Attach (1) 1mm Foam Seal to the end of the Side
Panel, (Figure 1). Attach the Front Panel to the Side Panel with (2) 12mm x 30mm Hex Bolts,
(4) 12mm Flat Washers, (2) 12mm Lock Washers and (2) 12mm Hex Nuts. Do not tighten at
this time. Repeat this Step to attach the remaining end of the Front Panel to the second Side
Panel Assembly, (Figure 2).

- Page 2 STEP 3- Repeat Step 2 to attach the Rear Panel Assembly to the (2) Side Panels. This completes the four sides to the outer Basket. STEP 4- Select (1) Cross Brace. Attach the Cross Brace to the front mounting pads on the left and right Side Panels with (4) 8mm Combo Bolts, (Figure 2).
