Messages and faults
during operation
Controller not working

Possible causes
The battery is empty.
No battery has been installed.
Battery fitted incorrectly
Controller is defective.
The battery in the
controller is low.

No wireless connection
between the controller and
the shower-toilet
The controller has found a
wireless connection to the
shower-toilet.
The heating is deactivated.
Heating time too short in
" Eco " energy-saving mode
General problem with the unit
Odour extraction
is deactivated.

Nozzle is covered in
limescale or blocked.
Remedy
Replace the controller battery.
Fit the battery in the controller.
Check the battery in the controller, making sure
the polarity is correct.
Please contact your specialist installation engineer
or the GROHE Customer Service line, making sure
you have the remote control to hand.
Obtain a new battery for the controller.
Replace the controller battery.
Please check there is a battery in the controller
and it is fitted correctly. If there is, please fit a
new battery. If the controller still does not work,
it may be defective. Please contact your specialist
installation engineer or the GROHE Customer
Service line, making sure you have the remote
control to hand.
Open the service flap and press the reset button
on the left-hand side. Then press the controller
immediately afterwards.
Press " General settings " on the remote
control and set the energy-saving mode to
" Eco " or " On ".

Press " Spray settings " on the remote control
and activate " Odour extraction ". Save the
setting in the basic profile or in the relevant
user profile.
Increase the spray intensity using the remote
control or twist the controller forward during the
spraying process. Save the setting in the basic
profile or in the relevant user profile.
Run the decalcification programme on the
shower- toilet. Remove the limescale from the
nozzle or replace it.
