Troubleshooting.
If no response is received from the terminal.
1. Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to the terminal.
2. Power off the terminal for 10 seconds.
3. Power on the terminal.
4. Retry the transaction.
5. Call the Westpac Merchant Helpdesk if the problem persists.
If the terminal is not reading cards.
1. Re- tap/insert or swipe the card.
2. If there is still no response from the card reader power off the terminal
for 10 seconds.
3. Power on the terminal.
4. Attempt transaction again.
5. Call the Westpac Merchant Helpdesk if the problem persists.
