Cause
Inspection / Corrective Action
Check and clean the collet and collet nut. And, tighten the
collet accurately again.
Replace the collet and collet nut.
Change the tool.
Secure the collet and the collet nut correctly.
Replace the collet and the collet nut.
Replace the spindle shaft.

Replace the ball bearings.
