B.
Check tire pressure in drive tires and inflate to
12-14 psi (83-97 kPa) if necessary.
Measure the circumference of each drive tire.
Adjust tire pressures within the above range
to try to make tire circumferences match as
closely as possible.
C.
The length of the rear deck support link
assemblies average 6.38 inches (162 mm) from
the center of the balljoint to the center of the
farthest hole; see Figure 13.
Note: All four pins must equally support the
weight of the deck. Adjustment in the length
of the rear deck support assemblies may be
necessary. If one side is longer than 6.38
inches (162 mm), than the opposite side must
be shorter by the same amount.

2. Cutting Height
Left Hand Side Shown
1. 3/8 inch (9.5 mm)
2. 1/4 inch (6.4 mm)
7.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the opposite side.
8.
Lift deck to unlatch (Figure 14 ).
Note: Deck height change assist levers are not
intended to be used as cut height positions.
During operation, vibration and jerky movements
could lift the cutting deck enough to allow
disengagement of levers. This will result in
sudden drop of the cutting deck, causing possible
damage. Levers can be used to hold the deck up
for loading and unloading from a trailer.
