Rockwell Automation Corporation assumes no liability for loss or
damage resulting from any errors or omissions which this document
might contain. Rockwell Automation Corporation reserves the right to
revise and correct this document without obligation to notify any person
of such revision or correction.
Rockwell Automation Corporation warrants that this product described
in this document will be delivered free of defects in materials and
workmanship. In the event any such defect is detected within a period of
12 months following the date of initial delivery. Rockwell Automation
will repair or replace the equipment at no charge.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any warranty of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty expressed or
implied (except that the title and that against patent infringement), and is
extended only to the original purchaser of the equipment. The purchaser
voids his title to the benefits of this warranty that does not treat the
equipment in accordance with Rockwell Automation's recommendations
or in accordance with good industry practice.
The equipment described in this document generates, uses, and emits
radio frequency energy. The equipment has been tested and found to
comply with FCC Rules, Part 15, subpart J, for Class A computing
devices.
These rules establish limits for radio emissions considered reasonable for
commercial environment without liability in case of interference to other
equipment, provided he follows the installation and operations guidelines
given in this document. However, the equipment is not certified for
operation in a residential environment. The user who operates it in such
an environment, and by doing so causes interference with radio
communications, can be required to take remedial action at his own
expense.
These of non-shielded interface or power cords with Rockwell
Automation workstations is prohibited.
