If it is necessary to ship the computer from one site to another, it should
be removed from the panel or cabinet in which it has been installed.
Whenever possible, the computer should be repacked in its original
shipping carton.
ATTENTION: Never try to ship the Industrial Computer
while it is mounted in a panel. Doing so could result in
damage to the panel or the Industrial Computer.
To remove the computer from the panel, reverse the installation
procedures given previously in this manual.
Note:
Be careful to remove the Ground wire before removing the
computer from the panel or rack
Fuses
Bulletin 6151 Industrial Computers are equipped with an line fuse
protect the monitor. DC unit power supplies have a second line fuse.
Fuses are accessible from the rear panel.
Note:
DC units use a second line fuse (Very Fast Acting 3AB
rated at 30A, 65V DC) on the 24V DC power supply.
To replace a fuse:
1. Remove AC power by disconnecting the AC or DC line cord.
2. Use a flat blade screwdriver to unscrew the cap on the fuse holder.
3. Remove the cap and fuse.
4. Replace the fuse with a 5ST Slo-Blo type rated at 2.5A, 250VAC.
5. Secure the fuse holder cap with the screwdriver.
6. Restore power.
