Press the Select button and the Temperature setting
changes in the sequence as shown below :

Press and hold the Lock button for 3 seconds to turn the
Control Lock on.
The Lock Icon turns on.
Press and hold the Lock button for 3 seconds to turn the
Control Lock off.
