12. SECURE WORK. Use clamps or a vise to hold work when practical. It's safer than using your hand and it frees both hands to operate tool. 13. DON'T OVERREACH. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. 14. MAINTAIN TOOLS WITH CARE. Keep tools sharp and clean for best and safest performance. - Page 5 may be used to connect this plug to a 2 pole receptacle as shown in Sketch B if a properly grounded outlet is not available. MOUNTING SPINDLE DRUM Disconnect the sander from the power source. 2. Select the proper diameter of spindle drum. 3. Clean the taper part of the spindle drum before mounting it into the spindle. 4. Use an open-end wrench to lock the spindle by holding its flat surface. At the same time, use another open-end wrench to tighten the spindle drum. -
