  • Page 10: Linking Up To The Tractor

    LINKING UP TO THE TRACTOR 1. Always hitch and unhitch on level ground for safety reasons. 2. When hitching up, never allow anyone to stand between the tractor and the implement. 3. Reverse the tractor up to the CRX Tri-deck and hitch up to the towing hitch. When using a drawbar pin ensure that it is secured with a lynch pin.

    ALTERING THE CUTTING HEIGHT (Rollers) 1. Loosen, but do not remove the fixing bolts (A). There are two on each side of the main deck. 2. Turn the adjusting screws (B) clockwise to lower the rollers, thus increasing the cutting height, or anticlockwise to raise the rollers, thus reducing the height of cut.

    At the end of the grass cutting season always clean the CRX Tri-deck thoroughly and grease before winter storage. Only use genuine Wessex parts in the event of replacing worn parts. This will ensure the continued safe use of your CRX Tri-deck and the validity of your warranty.
