REPLACING THE FUSE

Installed in the MasterShunt 500 is a T-500A fuse

the MasterShunt exceeds averages of above 500A
during a longer period, the internal fuse will blow.
Follow the instructions carefully to replace the fuse.
Disconnect the electrical power:
Switch off all consumers.
Switch off all charging systems.
Disconnect the positive battery poles.
WARNINGS
Changing
the
MasterShunt should be carried out by
qualified personnel only!
Installation by unqualified personnel may
result in major personal and material
damage.
Only replace the blown fuse by a fuse of
the same rating!
If a fuse has blown, a high current has
flowed through several parts of the
MasterShunt. As a result these parts and
especially the fuse can be hot! Avoid
burns!
