TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The fryer is not
working.
or
The red indicator
lamp (power con-
nection) does not
light up.
The red indicator

up.
Possible cause and rectifi cation
The fryer is not connected to the power
supply.
− Connect the fryer to the power supply.
The fryer is damaged.
− Stop using the fryer and contact the ser-
vice centre, refer to the warranty card.
On/Off switch / Temperature control
set to MIN.
− Turn the On/Off switch/temperature

control
the thermostat's activation temperature
is exceeded.
The overheating protection was triggered.
− Rotate the on/off switch / temperature
controller
direction and remove the mains plug
from the mains socket. Allow the fryer to
cool off.
The set temperature of the oil / fat is
reached.
− The indicator lamp lights up again after
the set temperature has been fallen
below.
