5. Dry the lid and the permanent fi lter off thoroughly and
place them upright on their side, so that any water re-
maining inside can drain out. The lid and the permanent
fi lter must be completely dry before reuse!
NOTE
without the permanent fi lter.
6. Remove the fat residues in the frying tank with an absorbent
household cloth or sponge.
7. Clean the housing and the frying tank using a damp cloth.
If required, put a mild washing-up liquid on the cloth. Then,
wipe thoroughly using a cloth that is only moistened with
water, so that no washing-up liquid residues remain in the
frying tank. Dry the housing off thoroughly after each use.

Storage

The power cable can be wound around the cable bracket
the back of the fryer to save space.
1. Remove the frying basket handle, if necessary.
2. Line the frying tank with paper towel and place the frying
basket inside of it.
3. Place the frying basket handle inside of it and close the lid.
Store the fryer and accessories in a dry place that is protected
from dust, out of the reach of children.
