Prepare the fried food before/during the heating-up
process (also refer to GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT
DEEP FRYING).
8. After the red indicator lamp
you can fry the food.

10. Immerse the fi lled frying basket carefully and slowly into the
oil/fat and immediately close the lid.

11. Remove the power plug from the socket.

15. Line a bowl with paper towel and put in the fried food.
16. Allow the fat/oil to cool down, to avoid spilling liquid fat/oil.
Burn hazard! Never bend over the fryer if the
oil/fat is hot. The rising hot air or sprayed oil/
in a counter-clockwise direction to MIN.
