Use
Pour oil/fat out of the frying tank
Filter the cooled oil or liquid fat through a sieve, in order
to remove food particles from the oil. (refer to Oils and
fats after use). Store the oil in a suitable container in a cool
place, e.g. refrigerator.
1. Open and remove the lid (refer to Removable lid).
2. Pick up the appliance using the side handles
the oil or liquid fat over the marked corner
appropriate container (refer to Oils and fats after use).
Find out about the disposal of cooking oils or fats from
your local authority. Disposal is often not permitted with
household waste.
