Copper SFP support

Release 6.6 includes support for the ERS 5632FD model to set multiple speeds of 10, 100, or
1000 Mbps on copper SFPs. These SFPs are identified with the Avaya Part Number
AA1419043 with either the -E5 or -E6 suffix.
