Product versions

Every deflection unit in the MINISCAN II series is configured for the parameters defined when ordering
and can only be used within these parameters. The parameters are specified in the type code on the
rating plate. Further information on the specifications on the rating plate can be found on the Internet

The following graphic shows two typical laser systems realised using RAYLASE modules (red outline)
