• It must be fitted with a U syphon (not
provided, detail A in the following
figures).
If you cook mainly fatty foods, to
avoid build up and blockages in
the piping, DO NOT install the
syphon and discharge the waste
water directly into a drainage gate
(Figure 3).
• Free from kinks and obstructions.
• If multiple appliances are installed, make
sure that the drainage pipes are of a
suitable size to allow the water to drain
properly.
• If it is not possible to connect the
appliance permanently to a drainage
system, it is recommended to seal the
drain outlet with a removable cover.
Direct discharge into a drainage system
• In the cases shown in figures 2 and 3,
keep a minimum distance of 25 mm
between the end of the pipe and the
drainage zone.
