4 Commissioning and Operation

Move the machine to the working area and
stop with the mowing deck over a clear space.
Steering and travel speed are controlled with the
joystick (B/1).
Move the joystick slowly:
- up = forward
- down = reverse
- to the left = left, - to the right = right.
The machine's speed depends on the posi-
tion of the joystick.
Use the joystick on the remote control care-
fully and avoid sudden changes of direction.
Move the machine slowly, so that you can
become familiar with the machine and check that
the commands are executed correctly.
Premium version: Set the required cutting
height with the mowing deck up / down switch
(B/6). The cutting height is shown on the display
(B/2). It can be changed during operation and
also when the engine is off.
Basic version: Set the desired cutting height at
the manual height adjustment (use separate
crank). Execute only when the engine is
switched off.
Select the travel speed range with the travel
speed selector switch (B/7). Choose position 1, 2
or 3 for mulching, depending on the vegetation.
Only use position 4 to move the machine with-
out mulching.
Increase the engine speed to full throttlewith
the rpm switch (B/8) (push forward).
