6. Record the layout (sizes and numbers) assigned to the slices on the temporary
boot disk, and enter quit when done.

To Change To the New Boot Disk

After you record the partition layout, change to the new boot disk.
1. At the format> prompt, type disk to change the current disk to the new boot
disk.

volname - set 8-character volume name
