PREPARATION:
Inspect contents to ensure all parts are included /
FITTING CROSS BARS ON VEHICLE
1. Your Cross Bars come pre-assembled. You will need
to remove the lower straps to fit the cross bars onto
your vehicle's side rails. Remove the lower straps using
the supplied T handle wrench.
2. Place the Cross Bars on the vehicle at the
recommended positions (Fig 1) Pull the top straps
out as needed to allow the cross bars to fit onto the
side rails (Fig 1a) Note: The longer Cross Bar is fitted
to the Front of Vehicle. Cross Bar is labeled FRONT.
3. Place the Lower Strap under the Upper Strap (Fig 2)
While holding the Lower Strap in place loosely fit the
Anti Theft Bolts with the T wrench. Fit each corner in
this manner, checking that the Cross Bars are centrally
located between the side rails.
4. Gradually tighten the bolts alternating ensuring the
Straps are properly engaged and until even tensioning is
achieved. While tightening the bolts push the Upper
Strap in and push the Lower Strap out to ensure proper fit
to the side rails. (Fig 3) Please Note: DO NOT Over
Tighten the bolts.

Read entire Instructions prior to installation
FINAL CHECKS
Ensure that both bars are parallel and are square
to the vehicle. After Loading check the bolt
tightness and ensure that the Straps are properly
engaged.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please refer to the Owner's Manual for maximum
Load Capacity. All Loads should be evenly
distributed and secured. A number of accessories
are available for carrying special loads. Only use
NON- Stretch tie down straps.
Any weight carried on the vehicle will adversely
affect the handling- the vehicle should therefore be
driven with increased caution. Always ensure
vehicle function is not impaired, check doors and
sunroofs before driving.
Regularly check the tightness of Straps and the
security of loads.
