Before removing the power connector cable, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly

Remove the power connector cable:
1. Release the connector (1) at angle from under the heat sink.
2. Disconnect the power connector cable (2) from the connector on the system board.
3. Remove the power connector from the computer (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the power connector cable.
