Kette ausbauen:
Abfolge an beiden Seiten parallel
durchführen:
1 Vordere Schutzkastenhälfte entfer-
nen.
Empfehlung zur Vorgehensweise
bei lauffähiger Rollenkette:
Achtung!
Während des Laufenlassens des
Systems ohne vordere Schutz-
kastenhälfte nicht in den
Kettenspanner greifen!
Verletzungsgefahr!
Nur zum Auffinden des Ketten-
schlosses zulässig!
Wenn sich das Kettenschloss am
Spannrad befindet System sofort
abschalten!
2 Kettenschloss an Spannrad im Ket-
tenspanner positionieren (zu
erkennen an verzinkter Lasche und
Sicherungsringe), dazu das System
kurz anlaufen lassen.
3 Kettenspanner mit Stift, Schrauben-
dreher ö. ä. festsetzen.
4 Kette öffnen, dazu Kettenschloss
entfernen.

Removing the chain:
Proceed in the following manner, par-
allel for both sides:
1 Remove front half of protective
housing.
Recommended procedure for
operable roller chain:
Warning!
During system operation do not
reach into the chain tensioner
without the front half of the
protective housing.
Danger of injury!
Only permissible to find the master
link!
If the master link is located on the
tension wheel, turn off the system
immediately.
2 Position master link on tension
wheel in chain tensioner
(recognisable by galvanised strap
and safety rings), for this, start the
system for just a moment.
3 Fix chain tensioner with pin,
screwdriver or something else.
4 Open chain and remove master link.

Démonter la chaîne :
Procéder de la manière suivante, en
parallèle, aux deux extrémités :
1 Retirer la face avant du carter de
protection.
Marche à suivre lorsque la chaîne à
rouleaux est en état de fonc-
tionner :
Attention !
Si vous faites fonctionner le sys-
tème en l'absence de la face avant
du carter de protection, ne touchez
pas au tendeur de chaîne !
Vous risquez de vous blesser !
Intervention autorisée uniquement
pour trouver le maillon raccord !
Lorsque le maillon raccord a atteint
la roue tendeuse, débrancher
immédiatement le système !
2 Positionner le maillon raccord sur la
roue tendeuse du tendeur de chaîne
(reconnaissable à la maille
galvanisée et aux circlips), et
brancher le système un court
instant.
3 Fixer le tendeur de chaîne à l'aide
de goupilles, d'un tournevis ou
d'autres outils de ce type.
4 Ouvrir la chaîne, pour ce faire,
retirer le maillon raccord.
