USING THE YEALINK W52P

CORDLESS PHONE

TO PROCESS CALLS ON DYNASKY.

Making a call.

Internal - Dial the 3 digit extension number and press the talk button.
External - Dial the phone number and press the talk button.

Placing a call on hold.

While on an active call press the Options soft key under the display them select using the scroll
keys select hold. Press the resume soft key to retrieve the call from hold.
Transferring a call to another user or an outside number.
While on and active call press the Options soft key and select the Transfer option from the
menu (the call is placed on hold and a transfer sequence is started).
Dial the extension or outside number you wish to transfer the call to and press the talk button.
Consult with the recipient if they wish to accept the transferred call.
If they accept press the transfer softkey.
If they reject press the end softkey. You will be returned to the held call.
Transferring a call to a user's voice mail.
While on and active call press the Options soft key and select the Transfer option from the
menu (the call is placed on hold and a transfer sequence is started).
Dial *96 followed by the three digit extension number.
Press the transfer soft key.
Making a three party conference call.
While on and active call press the Options soft key and select the Conference option from the
menu (the call is placed on hold and a 3 party conference is started).
Dial the 3 digit extension number or the external number you wish to conference in to your call
and press the talk button.
Once your third party answers the call you may consult with them before adding them to the
conference.
If they wish to be added press the conf. soft key. (all three parties will be conferenced)
If they do not wish to be added press the End soft key and you will be returned to the original
active call.
Placing a call to another number while placing an active call on hold.
While on an active call press the soft key labeled Ext. Call ( the active call will be placed on hold)
Dial a 3 digit internal extension number or an external number and press the talk key.
To switch between calls press the soft key labeled swap.
To conference the calls together press the Options key and select Conference (both calls will be
combined in to one conference.
Redialing
While the phone is idle press the talk button. (A list of your past outbound calls calls will show).
Scroll to one and press the talk button to dial.

Call log

While the phone is idle press the History soft key.
Select the call type you wish to see.
Scroll to a listed number and press the talk key to dial.
