TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. The processor will not start up.
(RUN lamp will not come On.)
Is the power supply voltage being
supplied to the Noise Filter (NF1)
output terminal?
YES
Is the power source circuit
detector (CB1) functioning
properly?
YES
Is AC 100V being supplied to
terminal boards #13 and #14?
YES
Is the DC output of the switching
power source(SUP1) 12.0V+/-
0.2V?
YES
Is 12.0V +/-0.2V being supplied
between TP1 and TP3 on the
CPU board?
YES
Use a tester to check the ON/OFF
functions of the [RUN] SW at
connector JP2 in the control panel unit.
If there is
a malfunction.

Check to see if the facility's wiring,
NO
the power cord plug and the power
breaker are functioning properly.
NOTE : If the power breaker is faulty, replace it.
Check if short circuiting on the

AC primary side, etc. and correct
the problem, if any.
NO
Check the wiring between the
transformer and TB1.
Check the AC input wiring to
NO
SUP1 and correct the DC output
level.
NO
Check the DC output wiring to the
switching power source(SUP1).
If the ON/OFF functions on the
OK
left column are OK, replace the
CPU board.
Replace the wires connecting
the control panel and the CPU
board.
If all checks are OK, replace the
noise filter.
Press the button of the circuit
protector to reset.
If the wiring checks are OK,
replace the transformer.
If the wiring checks are OK,
replace the switching power
supply.
If the wiring checks are OK,
replace the CPU board.
