9.2.1 Replacing the Wheel

1. Unscrew the three fastening screws
and remove the protective casing.
2. For this purpose use a screwdriver.
3. Unscrew the fastening nut using a
spanner for hexagonal nuts, turning
anti-clockwise. Hold the other disk
steady to be able to unscrew the nut.
4. Remove the fastening flange of the grinding wheel.
5. Remove the plastic reduction ring that is inserted into the grinding wheel hole and
insert the new one (which must be mounted on the machine).
6. Insert the new wheel onto the wheel shaft and secure it using the steps described in
points 3 and 2 (in reverse order).
7. Replace the protective casing and secure it with the three fastening screws.
