    Intended use The JumboPicker-Flex system (hereinafter referred to as the “system”) is designed for installation on a industrial truck. It consists of a base frame with a scissor arm, to which a vacuum generator and a tube lifter JumboFlex are attached.

    J. Schmalz GmbH. The suction sealing lips or sealing foams are made from a robust material and, like all seals, are subject to wear. To prolong the life of the sealing elements, make sure the seals are attached properly and not subjected to lateral loads.

    Vacuum sensor (3B1). Sensor for jib extension (3B2) The JumboPicker-Flex storage rack sensor (3B3) detects when the tube lifter is properly secured in the parked position. 2.8.3 Non-return valve A non-return valve in the tube lifter's rotary union causes the tube lifter to be lowered slowly when the vacuum supply fails.
