Performing Cut Tests
Perform cutting tests to verify that the blade depth and
cutting conditions are appropriate. Be sure to perform cutting
tests before cutting. For the details, please refer to the User's
Manual 5.5.

Sending cutting data

Create the cutting data with dedicated software, and send it
to the device to cut the media.

Solution
Confirm that the power cable is
properly plugged in to the
connector on the device and an
AC outlet. Confirm that power is
coming to the AC outlet.

If direct sunlight is coming in
from a nearby window, block
the light. If a fluorescent lamp
stand is located nearby, move
this away from the device.
Disable Media width detection.
