MEASURES FOR ELIMINATING THE
MALFUNCTION
Check and replace valves
Search for the problem: suction system?,
Inlet valve pusher?, Gaskets inside the inlet
valve? Red inlet installed?...
Clean or replace
If necessary, check valve lift for inlet valve
341247 (2.4 mm)
Tighten screw (spray into switching positi-
on), or fit new switching button

Clean or replace relief valve
Replace front cover gasket (Klingersil mate-
rial)
Check and replace front cover if necessary.
Pumphead disassembly - Replace insert O-
rings
