Mixing DIMM Speeds The Sun Blade 2500 workstation supports DDR-1 SDRAM DIMMs. The speed (frequency) of these DIMMs can be either 266 MHz or 333 MHz. OpenBoot PROM version 4.16.3 supports mixing of identical 266 MHz and 333 MHz speed DIMMs in the same bank.
