11. Start the application
Allow enough demineralised water for rinses. Around 150 ml are required
per sample analysed.
Place the rinse beaker(s) filled up with demineralised water (or any low
turbidity rinse water) on the SAC950 turntable. If dynamic rinses are
programmed, setup the Dynamic Rinse module, refer to the SAC950 User's
Guide, part no. D21T085 .
In TitraMaster 85, click the
icon of the Run window and edit the sample
stack of the application. Place the sample beakers on the SAC950
turntable as programmed in the sample stack. For each sample beaker,
check that the sample volume is around 130 ml.
Flush the hydraulic circuit by running 2 manual rinses as
explained in paragraph 1.4.2. This operation is used to fill the turbidity
flow cell with rinse water in order to get a correct "zero" turbidity
measurement for the first sample to be analysed.
In TitraMaster 85, select the application in the Run window of the
workstation then click the
button to start the application.
