    Your attention is drawn to the following: HCL warrants that a new HCL banding tool will operate per functional specifications for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of shipment to the owners place of business. Normal wearing parts, as outlined in the Operations, Parts & Safety manual, are also covered by a sixty (60) day warranty unless, in HCL’s judgement, these parts have been subjected to abnormal or extreme usage.
