UMMARY CREEN
The summary screen shows the current time, current date and number of
new calls to be reviewed. It is displayed until any button is pressed. Within
10 seconds of receiving a new call, the new caller information is displayed
and the red CALLER ID (CID) indicator blinks.
NOTE: The number of new calls is displayed until all new calls have been
reviewed.

ECEIVING AND
This unit receives and displays Caller ID (CID) information transmitted by
your local phone company. This information may include the phone
number, date, and time; or the name, phone number, date, and time. The
unit can store up to 99 call records for later review. When the memory is
full, a new call automatically replaces the oldest call in memory. NEW
appears in the display for calls received that have not been reviewed.

• Press the REVIEW up or down button to scroll the call records.
• When you scroll to the start/end of the list, START/END appears in the
display.

AVING A
1. While a name and telephone number shows in the display, you may
want to edit the information. Press the SELECT button, and follow the
steps for Storing a Name and Number in Memory.
2. If you do not want to edit the name or number, press the STORE button,
and press the MEMORY button to select a memory location or press the
DIRECTORY button to save the information in the Phone Directory memory.
