Connecting to protective ground
Connect the protective grounding screw (pos 1 in figure 26) on the rear of the IED to the closest
possible grounding point in the cubicle. Electrical codes and standards require that protective
ground cables are green/yellow conductors with a cross section area of at least 2.5 mm
The cubicle must be properly connected to the station grounding system. Use a conductor with a
core cross section area of at least 4 mm

Connecting the power supply module
The wiring from the cubicle terminal block to the IED terminals (see Figure
diagram) must be made in accordance with the established guidelines for this type of equipment.
