IWS 65/ 85
Installation of Inwall Back Box in wall
or ceiling with plaster rendering
If the Inwall Back Box is to be
installed in a (brick construction) wall,
you must ensure that the rebate
around it is kept free so that the
plaster rendering that is applied later
(shown in black in Fig. 2) ends up
being flush to the housing.
If the surface of the wall is uneven,
you should use a gasket to make sure
that there is an airtight seal
Plaster rendering
IWS 65 speaker fixing
Use the 6 wood screws for mounting
the speaker unit on the build-in
housing. In this case, the metal
mounting bracket is not used.
IWS 85 speaker fixing
Use the same method as for a
suspended ceiling to fix the IWS 85 in
the build-in housing, using the rotary
tensioners.
