SECURING THE CHILD WITH THE IMPACT SHIELD

– ECE GROUP 1 (9-18 KG)

1. Now insert the previously adjusted impact shield (16) (refer to the section
"ADJUSTING THE Impact shield").
2. Pull out the entire length of the vehicle's three-point belt. Take the lap belt
(17) and place it in the designated belt guide (18) in the impact shield (16).

WARNING! Never twist the belt.
!
WARNING! The three-point belt may only be inserted into the guides
designated for that purpose. The belt guides are described precisely in this
manual and are also marked red on the child car seat.
3. Insert the belt tongue (20) into the belt buckle (19). It must lock into place with
an audible "CLICK".
4. Tighten the lap belt (17) by pulling the diagonal belt (6).
5. Now feed the diagonal belt (6) in parallel with the lap belt (17) back into the
belt guide (18).
6. Pull the diagonal belt (6) tight and ensure that both parts of the belt cover the
entire width of the impact shield (16) in the belt guide (18).
7. Now feed the diagonal belt (6) tightly through the belt guide (18) of the impact
shield (16) until it is clamped inside the belt guide.
8. Now you can lead the diagonal belt from the inner side of the backrest
through the upper belt guidance (22).
SWITCHING FROM AURA-FIX TO SOLUTION 2-FIX (ECE
GROUP 1 TO ECE GROUP 2/3)
1. Remove the impact shield (16).
2. Note the information in the section "SECURING THE CHILD WITHOUT THE
IMPACT SHIELD".
