4.
Remove the nut block screws; at the
top
and
bottom
of
the
PATTERN GENERATOR chassis.
Leave the nut blocks themselves
on the boards.
The Horizontal
Sync Generator
(A1)
and
the
Vertical
Sync Generator
boards
have
four nut blocks each;
the Horizontal
Line Generator
board has five nut blocks.
5.
Remove the interconnect
cables;
both coaxial
and ribbon wire.
6.
Slide the boards out the back using the guide rails.

not adversely
affect
the instrument
performance.

representative.
