3.41 I place a call shortly after I place and end one and the
"Call not sent" message is displayed, but the other party
still hears an incoming call ringtone. Why?
This issue occurs when you place a call, end it, and place another call within 2.5 seconds,
because it takes 2.5 seconds for the network to release a call. In areas where the signal is weak,
if you place a call, end it, and place another call within 2.5 seconds, the network device may
fail to receive the call releasing request. Due to this failure, the network device will start a
timer (30 seconds, twice), which causes overbilling and increases the network load.
3.42 Why does Bluetooth search automatically start after I
unlock my phone screen with Bluetooth turned on?
Inactive Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections will be terminated if your phone screen is turned
off for 1 or more hours after 10:00 p.m. or more than half an hour after 00:00 a.m. These
connections will be resumed after the screen is turned back on.
3.43 Why is the charging process slow (20% battery level
for 2 hours) and my phone overheated?
Power-intensive application may be running when your phone is charging.

3.44 Why is the incoming call ringtone volume unstable?

Check whether the Pick up to reduce ring volume function is turned on in Motion control.
If this function is turned on, when you pick up your phone with a certain speed and
acceleration until the phone is vertical, the ringtone volume for the current call is reduced. For
details about how to pick up your phone to reduce the ringtone volume, see the demonstration
in Motion control.

3.45 How do I use the Cover to turn off function?

This function is like you press the power button to turn off the screen.
Turn on Cover to turn off under Settings > Motion control. Then, on any screen other than
the call screen, you can cover the screen with your palm to turn the screen off (the phone will
vibrate). For details about how you pick up your phone to reduce ringtone volume, see the
demonstration in Motion control.
