- Page 3 The period of guarantee begins on the date of transfer of risks, in the case of special systems and software on the date of commissioning, at latest 30 days after the transfer of risks. In the event of justified notice of complaint, Barco can repair the fault or provide a replacement at its own discretion within an appropriate period.

Fur- thermore, it includes several cautions to prevent damage to the X8 tile. Ensure that you understand and follow all safety guidelines, safety instructions and warnings mentioned in this chapter before installing the X8 rental display.
- Page 6 Surge Protection Device. If this product is connected to the mains through the power box from Barco this protection device is already incorporated and no extra measures need to be taken. If this product is connected to the mains through a power distribution box from another party, please verify that a Low Voltage Surge Protection Device according EN61643-11 or UL 1449 is in place.
- Page 7 Each power source cable supplying maximum 4 X8 Connection Boxes should be protected by a circuit breaker or fuses rated 16 A / 250 VAC (15 A / 250 VAC in the USA and Canada). Note that one X8 Connection Box requires 200-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz, 3.6 amps at 200 VAC.
- Page 8 Safety and functional features of the display cannot be defeated. • It is not allowed to climb or hang any additional equipment on the back of an X8 wall. Nothing is to be allowed to hang from the cables of an X8 tile.
