• Do not push or pull the cookware across the ceramic-glass hob. Grains of salt or other
particles may cause scratches. Remove any dust caused by abrasion of aluminium
utensils from the hob immediately. If this is allowed to burn in, it becomes impossible
to remove.
• Uncoated cookware is dishwasher safe. Due to the chemical composition of dishwas-
her agents glass-lids shall not frequently cleaned in dishwashers (glass corrosion).
• Any audible humming noise is a result of using an induction hob with suitable pots or
pans and are unavoidable. They do not constitute grounds for complaint.
• Usage on open fire (e. g. gas cooktop) may cause discoloration of the exterior surface.
This does not affect the casserole's function. As this is unpreventable there is no matter
of guarantee.
• If rough spots appear on the surface, they have no effect on the function and do not
constitute grounds for complaints or for claims under the guarantee.
• The utensil is intended for professional use in the home. It must always be used for its
correct purpose only.
• Blue or multi-coloured discolouration on stainless-steel pots has physical causes and
neither poses a health risk nor influences the usability of your pots and pans. They can
be removed with commercial metal cleaner or a vinegar- or lemon solution. Lime scale
can be removed with a vinegar- and water solution (1 part vinegar and 5 parts water).
Lemon juice may be used to replace vinegar.
• Persistent dirt on uncoated stainless steel pots and pans can be removed with help of
a tea spoon of dishwashing powder. Bring to the boil with some water, leave to stand
overnight and clean thoroughly with hot water.
• Salt may cause white spots or even little pin holes in the surface of the utensil. To
avoid this happening only add salt to boiling water. This is incorrect handling and not
covered by the guarantee.
