• After prolonged frying or roasting in the oven, always cover the handle with a cloth
or use an oven glove. Plastic knobs, handles with silicon parts and glass lids are only
heat resistant up to a temperature of 180 °C.
• Metal or glass lids may cause damage to the surface coating. This damage does not
constitute grounds for complaint or for claims under the guarantee. This also applies for
knocks or bumps on the inside or outside of the utensil through normal use.
• Any alteration to the product is prohibited.
• Use only wooden or plastic spoons or spatulas in coated products.
• Exercise caution when carrying the cookware with hot contents. Do not touch the hot
surfaces. Lift the pan/pot only by its handles.
• Place the cookware only on a steady, flat and heat-resistant surface.
• Always allow the cookware to cool completely before cleaning or washing it.
• Use of the pan/pot on an open flame (e. g. gas cooker, réchaud) may cause discolo-
ration of the bottom. This has no effect on its function.
• If rough spots appear on the surface, they have no effect on the function and do not
constitute grounds for complaints or for claims under the guarantee.
• With coated products, brownish discolorations may appear on the inside surface after
longer periods of use. This does not constitute grounds for complaint or for claims
under the guarantee.
• Should oil ignite in the pan/pot, do not extinguish the flames with water. Instead,
smother the flames with a correctly fitting lid, cloth or towel. Allow the overheated
cookware to cool down with the hob switched off. Do not cool it with water!
• Any audible humming noise is a result of using an induction hob with suitable pots or
pans and are unavoidable. They do not constitute grounds for complaint.
• The utensil is intended for professional use. It must always be used for its correct pur-
pose only.
• Mishandling failure like overheating of the utensil are barred from the guarantee.
• We reserve the right for product changes conducted to technological advance.
