au-mail Settings and Changing au-mail Address
To use au-mail, application to LTE NET is required. If you did not apply at time
of purchase, contact an au shop or Customer Center.
• Make initial settings at a location within Japan where there is a good signal.
Settings may not be completed correctly where signal is poor or while
moving. Initial settings cannot be completed using Wi-Fi
• Depending on the time of day, it may take from 30 seconds to 3 minutes to
make initial settings. Once "Eメールアドレスの設定中です。 しばらくお待ち
ください。 (Setting email address, please wait)" is displayed, please wait for
settings to complete.
■ Initial Settings
If you have changed a model, an au-mail address from an old au phone is displayed.

On the home screen, swipe/flick
up the screen and display the
"App list screen" → "au-mail"

[Agree] → Follow on-screen
guidance.
